Defense attorney Terry Lee Locy was recently arrested after threatening to kill his girlfriend as he challenged her to a naked sword duel. There was an argument and a scuffle. After showering a naked Locy passed a sheathed sword to his girlfriend and said "You're going to need this." He then grabbed one for himself and stated "Im going to kill you." When she tried to run he became violent but she managed to escape and call 911. Locy apparently left the house with the sword and well...He was still naked. Utterly bizzarre.
